Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.

2. What's your return policy?

In case you have a problem with your item contact us from our website. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full.  

3. Can I cancel my order?

If you order an item by mistake, we would appreciate if as soon as possible you contact us so we don't process the order.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.

 If you cancel the order after we posted it, we would ask you to send the items bought to our premisses in order for us to give you a refund.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or we will order another item for you. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
